  • Apply the Lip Locked Stain as a lip liner by outlining your lips. This will prevent lip products from feathering or bleeding since this product has a built-in primer.
  • To achieve a more matte finish, simply dab a small amount of my HD Pressed Powder with your finger to your lips.
