Shipping Options
Orders typically leave our warehouse within 24 hours Monday-Friday. Orders places on Saturday or Sunday will ship Monday.
Free Domestic Shipping over $35
Other options are avilable in checkout with live pricing and shipping times.
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, and Paypal payments.
International Shipping
We are currently only shipping to Canada and within the United States.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed quickly so we can ship fast. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes. Email info@mannakadarbeauty.com
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package and follow-up emails letting you know when you package is out for delivery.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes future orders faster and quick order tracking.
Solutions
Can I use multiple promo codes?
Sometime - if you can, it is noted in the email where you found the code and will explicitly say that you can stack this code with shipping or order promotions.
Why didn’t my discount apply?
Discounts may have exclusions or expiration dates. Double-check the details or reach out and we’ll help.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset it.
Do you re-stock sold out items?
Some items are restocked, others are limited. If you see something you love, grab it while it’s available or sign up for restock alerts on the product page.
Are your product photos accurate?
We do our best to show true colors and details, but screen settings can cause slight variations.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused items in original condition within 3 days of delivery. Some items may be final sale. Please see our full return policy for details.
